Some apps I rely on:

AdGuard: Ad blocker. Free version should work OK.

Pixelmater: Image editor, think Photoshop lite.

mSecure: Password (and more) manager.

Smart Photo: A rotating Photo widget.

Lose It!: Calorie tracker.
