There is a spot at the top of my screen that if I tap it it scrolls back to the top and I loose my position.

There is no reason for this to exist. There is no icon or indication for it.

It means the drive isn’t fully encrypted or the encryption is easy to bypass. That defeats the purpose of encrypting your drive.

If you can get to a login screen, you’ve compromised the device.

So if this works it means bitlocker is useless.
