Not allowing people to vote on posts from All - yes please! There’s so many cases of subreddits losing their identity because they started showing up on Reddit’s All.

That sounds great. Might also protect against people upvoting posts that don’t actually fit the community

Lemmy.world defederated from that instance though. It also had a problem with trolls spamming actual CSAM to try and get it shut down

I don’t really see any hint of the poster being from the latter group though

CSAM isn’t tagged as NSFW, because it’s trolls (criminals) posting it. I think the admins have been pretty on the ball with removing it though

Also, importing/exporting user data will make it easier to transfer your account to a different instance. I’m mostly excited for scaled ranking though.

Similar options for defederating would also be nice, like “disallow users from this instance from posting/commenting in your communities” vs “do not fetch communities from this instance”. There may be some higher-priority things though.
