You could open an issue on lemmy’s github for this

Community tags are in development already if I’m not mistaken

Currently a community can do nothing against people who mass downvote their posts because they arent interested in the “niche” topic, which imo sucks

I use search from within an app, which makes the experience a bit better. The search UI on web is too messy IMO

The apps usually show the full names (including instance name), so I didnt even know this was an issue on lemmy-ui
