I see movie trailers as ads so I instinctively downvote it.

I’m on the fence.

Back in forums, it was pretty cool to see the usuals.

“Hey Mudbutt69, what’s up ToeFetish, how are you Shoves_sharpies_there…” but then it often came like a extreme echo chamber. Or sometimes you see the same names and immediately upvote/downvote.

I always did like the 4chan approach, but that anonymousness just led to jerk behavior.

At the time, Musk was waging war on multiple fronts. He didnt want to pay Amazon or Google for services. And they warned “Fine, we don’t want to pay for ads.” And now its a very tense Cold War.

See, Google and Amazon provide Twitter with services that he can bring in-house.

But Apple brings something more valuable… Apple brings traffic. I’m pretty sure Tim Cook (Tim Apple) literally said that most of Twitter traffic can disappear overnight if he fucks with Apple.

And Musk bent over.
