Just pop that url into the search of another lemmy instance. If it has a copy, it’ll come up.

Many (maybe most?) of us just use the all feed, and block the communities we don’t want to see. That makes the specific community / instance a lot less important than reddit.

I’d recommend against ovh. We host lemmy.ca there and that’s been fine so far, but I had a friend whose production server was down for 3 days due to a switch problem.

Storage arrays: hourly snapshots stored for 24 hours, daily snapshots stored for one week.

Longer term stored in veeam on a different array, those are taken daily and stored for 30 days typically. Sometimes longer archival copies if the business needs.
