Same. We’ve ditched Asset Management on that level and pulled the trigger on a full ITSM. The fact that they neglected the Helpdesk like crazy and they forced the cloud option on to us (one of the reasons to specifically choose Lansweeper was the 100% on-Prem promise) AND they bought cloudokit AND upped the prices like crazy…hard nope.

Don’t know if you had a look at their pricing lately, but they upped the baseline roughly 150%. Making them not cheaper than the other options.
That has nothing to do with what the issues are…
